Largest plot and core of the site, with reserve building land
This is the largest plot of the site, covering over 38,641 m², of which 5,908 m² is in the core zone of Seelisberg. The eastern, lower and flat part holds the Grand Hotel Sonnenberg and the Dependance - formerly staff house. The western part is noted for its hillside location with meadows, woodland and garden. A few buildings are located here (such as a barn, stable, etc.). The southern, elevated and flat part of the core zone with the former swimming pool and the tennis court, remains undeveloped.
Plot with the derelict Kurhotel Kulm and the unique panoramic terrace with exceptional views and vista
This is the second-largest plot of the site at 8,206 m², of which 4,609 m² is located in the core zone of Seelisberg. It is home to the Kurhotel Kulm, which adjoins a unique panoramic terrace, complete with park and pavilion, and extending as far as the Schiller Balcony. Access is in the western part via Dorfstrasse. It is the extension and continuation of the plot containing the Grand Hotel Sonnenberg and forms a coherent whole. The plot extends to the east as far as the edge bordering the steeply sloping terrain, which runs down to the shores of Lake Lucerne with the Rütliwiese, offering uninterrupted distant views. The southern part is wooded and includes a footpath leading to the Rütliwiese. Access is in the western part via the Dorfstrasse.
Extension and integral part of the Pilgerheim (pilgrim guesthouse)
The plot covers 309 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot houses the Ayurveda clinic as an extension to the Pilgerheim. Access and entry is through the Pilgerheim premises. Together with the Pilgerheim, the Ayurveda clinic forms the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Centre. Access is in the eastern part via Dorfstrasse.
On the trail to the chapel of Maria Sonnenberg
The plot covers 409 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot includes the Pilgerheim, which is located on the trail to the pilgrimage chapel of Maria Sonnenberg. Access is in the eastern part via Dorfstrasse.
Terraced plot as "prime seat” above the lake
The plot covers 753 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot contained the former Hotel Waldhaus, which over time became the distribution centre of AyurVeda AG. The plot is terraced and on the upper level has a garden covering 344 m². To the south it borders the plot containing the pilgrimage chapel of Maria Sonnenberg. To the west the former, still maintained pilgrimage trail runs to and from the chapel. The plot offers a grand, unobstructable view across Lake Lucerne to Brunnen and the Mythen. The plot is accessible via Dorfstrasse (to the east).
Quiet plot with distant views, in a favourable and sunny location
The plot covers 1,071 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot of the Waldhaus Dependance and two other, smaller buildings enjoys a quiet, sunny and elevated position offering a distant view across the lake to the Swiss Alps. The garden to its side measures 793 m² and is supplemented by a wooded area to the west. Access is to the east via the pilgrimage trail.
Former village bakery in the upper village
The plot covers 407 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot includes the building that originally functioned as the village bakery on the village street in the upper village of Seelisberg. It now provides offices and residential accommodation. Access is via Dorfstrasse.
Car park for the residential building.
The plot covers 69 m² and is completely within the core zone of Seelisberg. The plot supplements that of the residential building and is part of the same. Access is via Dorfstrasse.
Parking for the Waldhaus
The plot covers 226 m² and is completely within the 2a residential zone of Seelisberg.
The plot is on the northernmost part of the site and is primarily used as parking for the Waldhaus.

A unique testament to the pioneering spirit of the founding period of the aristocratic hotel industry on Lake Lucerne with architectural, cultural and historical significance.
It consists of a monumental ground floor with entrance hall, reception, office and additional rooms, grand staircases to the monumental second floor which accommodates the then largest, unsupported ballroom and dining room with wing rooms. Above are three standard floors with 69 hotel rooms and an attic floor with 22 staff rooms and the cupola, a landmark feature of the Grand Hotel.

Second hotel building of architectural significance that together with the Grand Hotel Sonnenberg forms an overall concept
It consists of a main building and two lateral wings with characteristic round towers and a central structure. The building, which has a partial basement, is divided into a ground floor and 3 standard floors with 101 hotel rooms.
The adjoining, planted terraces extend to the panoramic terrace of the Grand Hotel.
The building offers a floor space of approx. 3,900 m² with a cubature of approx. 18,800 m³. The building, built in 1863/64, is in a dilapidated state and is currently unused. It has been removed from the register of objects worthy of protection in the canton of Uri.
